Who We Are:

Founded in 2005, TWG is a 501 C 3 non-profit organization with offices in Baltimore, Maryland  and Washington, DC. TWG is dedicated to ensuring the sustainability and advancement of organizations in an ever-changing economic environment. With declining support for human service programs and an increased emphasis on programmatic and fiscal reporting from funders, infrastructure development, operational efficiencies and diversification of revenue sources are critical to the survival and evolution of all organizations in the new millennium.  TWG is here to assist you and your organization in navigating the tumultuous, changing business paradigms by creating practical solutions that allow your organization to adapt, thrive, and prosper.
