Welcome

The Taylor-Wilks Group (TWG) is a leading, non-profit, health care management-consulting firm specializing in strategic and operational services.  We work with organizations seeking to improve performance and enhance efficiencies in the health and human service fields. Our mission is to provide state of the art technical assistance, professional services and educational trainings specifically designed for community- based organizations and governmental entities. Services include capacity building, proposal writing, staff training, board development, fiscal management, system planning and strategic organizational planning.

TWG is organized into five major practice areas:

Our goal is to strengthen the infrastructure of each client: We achieve this by  developing an individualized plan for the client. Our initial consultations help determine the nature of onsite and web-based technical assistance needed to improve operations and help clients meet their mission and vision. TWG is dedicated to providing consulting services with unparalleled customer service that focuses on understanding our clients’ service delivery system and how to enhance their ability to meet the health care challenges facing their communities. We utilize a partnership practice approach that creates synergy between our client’s team and TWG’s team of experts that together create solutions for complex  problems.

Join us on Sunday, September 21st at 8am in Patterson Park (East Baltimore), to show Baltimore how much we care.  Please RSVP by calling our Baltimore office at 410-209-2412.
